Exhibition and sale of prints by BCG members to aid the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital
As mentioned in the 9th March Short Notes, BCG wishes to have greater engagement with community groups to assist them by using our photography skills and/or the images we capture. The first of these engagements will be an exhibition and sale of prints by BCG members at the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital to help in raising funds for the RBWH Foundation. The Foundation raises funds to help purchase equipment or support research at the Hospital. The Foundation regularly has art exhibitions there to raise funds. The exhibition will be officially opened on 3 August 2018, with the prints on display for the whole of August. For more details, consult either the email or web version of Short Notes. Full details on image requirements and various deadlines will be available shortly.
Interclub River City Print Competition
Every year BCG takes part in the Interclub River City Print Competition. The competition is for all grades but especially encourages grades B and AB to become involved in competitions outside their own clubs. For more details, check out the information in Latest News.
BCG members: Log in to check out the 9th March web edition of Short Notes in News > Latest News, just in case you missed it in your email.
