The event will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018 from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
Following-on from his Introduction to Lightroom Workshop late in 2017, Ray Shorter will be conducting another workshop – Introduction to Lightroom Part 2.
After a very brief revision of Part 1, in Part 2 we will be delving further into the Library Module (e.g. Import Pre-sets, types and uses of Collections, tagging, sorting, finding and deleting photos etc.), the Develop Module (e.g. further tools for enhancing photos, use of Virtual Copies, synchronising changes across several photos etc) and Exporting photos (eg DPIs for the web or BCG competitions as well as for making prints either yourself or at a print lab).
If you have been using Adobe Bridge to organise your photos and are wondering why you should use Lightroom, have a read of this brief article
Ray prepared to compare the two.
This workshop will be using what Adobe now calls Lightroom Classic CC, that is, the one based on your own computer (PC or Mac) and not the one based on cloud storage. So, if you would like to learn a bit more about how to use Lightroom to easily organise your photos and enhance them simply and effectively, come along to this next free workshop in BCG’s Lightroom series.
