New "Camera Know-How" Special Interest Group coordinated by Peter Sneddon
Some people join a camera club to learn how to use a camera and then we start a meeting talking about images and talking a language newbies don't really understand. The basic underlying knowledge is not passed on. Peter will run a "Camera Know-How" SIG which will be a cross between an beginners photography course and deep dive into the technical wonders of our cameras.
So bring your camera along and we
will discuss a subject, say ISO
or metering modes etc,
and maybe also watch a video and then have a play with our cameras around that idea? Any takers, email me on email@example.com or turn up
at the first meeting on Monday 19th February. Also,
Peter is looking for a co
-host to help run the group
, so if you think you know
pretty well how your camera
works, please contact him.
