This month we would like to congratulate Gaye Slade for winning both the Print of the Night and the DPI of the Night with two very different images (Looking Down the Champs-Élysées and ANZAC Day March). Well done!
Time to think about the Annual AV, DPI and Print Competition
Brisbane Camera Group’s Annual Competition takes place in November each year. It's the highlight of the club competition year and submission standards are consistently high. All graded members are eligible and encouraged to compete. Trophies and prizes are offered to section winners. The prize-giving takes place at the annual dinner and the names of the winners are not revealed until the award ceremony.
The closing date for submissions is 22 October 2018. There are a number of changes to our processes this year so please ensure you read the rules to ensure your entries comply. The last thing we want is to disqualify entries because they don’t comply with the rules. For more information, check out the 21 September Short Notes and the following links: Annual Competition and Annual Audio-Visual Competition.
